  1. Who we are

    These Terms govern your use of Addeeze (the Service). The Service is provided by Addeeze.

  2. What these Terms cover

    By creating an account, using the Service, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  3. Eligibility

    The application is suitable for all ages. If you are under 16, purchases must be made with consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

  4. Your account
    1. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly about suspected misuse.
    2. Your account is tied to your email address. Keep it accurate and up to date.
    3. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 
       
  5. Your content
    1. You keep ownership of the content you enter into the Service.
    2. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host and process your content only to operate and improve the Service.
    3. Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to use.
        
  6. Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not:

    1. Break the law or infringe rights of others.
    2. Try to access areas you are not allowed to access.
    3. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example by overloading it, scraping at scale, or introducing malware.
    4. Resell, lease, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission. 
       
  7. Plans, pricing, and VAT
    1. We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Current plan features and prices are shown in the Service.
    2. Prices are VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Dutch VAT applies where required.
    3. We may change prices or features. Changes apply from your next billing cycle. We will give reasonable advance notice. 
       
  8. Payments, billing, and renewals
    1. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and do not touch our servers.
    2. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period unless you cancel before renewal.
    3. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit the Service until payment is made. 
       
  9. Cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds
    1. You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current paid period continues until it ends.
    2. Outside mandatory consumer rights, all fees are non-refundable. This includes partial months or years, downgrades, unused time, promotions, and renewals or extensions that have already been charged.
    3. EU and UK consumer withdrawal right: you have 14 days from sign-up to withdraw. If you ask us to start the Service during this period, you owe a proportionate amount for the time used until you withdraw. Once the Service has been fully performed for the period purchased, the withdrawal right ends. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
        
  10. Data, privacy, and cookies

    We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Statement. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.

  11. Service availability and changes
    1. We aim for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.
    2. We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect. 
       
  12. Backups and data responsibility

    The Service is not an archival or backup service. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your data. Deleted items are removed from the live system and may not be recoverable.

  13. Third-party services

    We rely on trusted providers, including TransIP for hosting and Stripe for payments. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services.

  14. Intellectual property

    The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Addeeze and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or these Terms.

  15. Feedback

    If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or obligation.

  16. Suspension and termination
    1. You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account.
    2. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you violate these Terms, create risk to the Service or other users, or fail to pay.
    3. After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete or anonymize personal data in line with our Privacy Statement and legal obligations. 
       
  17. Warranties and disclaimers

    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

  18. Liability
    1. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent or gross negligence.
    2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, or loss or corruption of data.
    3. For other losses, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. 
       
  19. Governing law and venue

    Dutch law governs these Terms. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the competent courts in the Netherlands will handle it. Consumers may also bring disputes to the court that has jurisdiction under mandatory consumer law.

  20. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
